A Teacher Consultant for the Visually Impaired & Certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist (TCVI/ COMS) is contracted to provide services to Michigan School for the Deaf student population and works under the supervision of the Principal. The (TCVI/ COMS) implements the Individual Education Plan (IEP) for each student on their caseload with a vision loss; providing both direct and explicit instruction and consultation services.
