Disabilities Manager, Early Childhood
The Disabilities Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of services to children with disabilities in Head Start, Early Head Start, and GSRP. The Manager will assure that all disability services are provided as outlined in the Head Start Performance Standards and GSRP Implementation Manual. The Disabilities Manager will build and maintain partnerships with the Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to ensure local school district Special Education staff and Early Childhood staff work together to serve children with disabilities as needed. Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator provides oversight and coordination of a Head Start Center. The Site Coordinator will serve as the building point person to assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures including Head Start Performance Standards and the Michigan Child Care Licensing requirements. The Early On (Early Childhood) Enrollment Facilitator oversees county-wide recruitment, eligibility, intake and enrollment of children and assure implementation of procedures to maintain integrity of state and federal enrollment.
